Delivery times
Delivery times correspond to maximum design times ( 3 to 4 weeks ), painting for painted figurines ( 4 to 6 weeks ) and delivery ( around 48 hours with tracking for France and 5 to 7 days for abroad ).
Approximately 1 month for a raw figurine and 2 months for a painted figurine.
Shipping option
There are 3 shipping options:
Without any option - The order is sent in a solid cardboard box and protected with bubble wrap and blocked with paper padding / polystyrene pieces. This is the most economical but riskiest solution (damage or breakage on the figurine)
Expanded polystyrene insert - The order is inserted into a block of expanded polystyrene which prevents any movement in the box and ensures safety against breakage and damage. This is the recommended solution for raw (unpainted) figurines.
EPE foam insert - this is the ultimate solution for painted or complex miniatures (with fine details like horns or thin and prominent elements). Any risk of damage and/or breakage is eliminated. The order is embedded in a block of EPE foam and each element is separated from each other.
We'll keep you updated when your order is on its way!
When you receive your order, it is ESSENTIAL to open your package in front of the postman or carrier who delivers it to you! If you pick it up at a post office or relay point, you must open it on site.
In the event of damage or breakage of your figurine(s), it is IMPERATIVE to have the package delivery person note this in writing , and possibly take photos.
Without this confirmation we will not be able to exchange or refund your order (this is the General Conditions)
Raw (unpainted) miniatures are intended to be painted.
IN NO EVENT ARE THEY MADE FOR EXHIBITION!
In fact, raw resin can give off a particular odor.
It can also work when exposed to the sun (UV) and crack or even explode (!).
The raw figures have holes to release gases that form before they are covered with paint.
It is the buyers responsibility to sand and prepare them before painting.
The support imprints due to the design are kept as small as possible. They may be visible in the unpainted version. This is not a reason for complaint (i.e. see above).
The figure may come in multiple pieces to assemble depending on its size and design.
Scale is traditionally the unit of measurement for scale models, figurines and statues, but also maps.
A scale is the ratio between the measurement of its representation (geographic map, model, etc.) and the measurement of a real object. It is expressed by a numerical value, generally in the form of a fraction.
So the 1/1 scale corresponds to the original actual size and the 1/2 scale to half the actual size.
For our figurines we use 5 different scales:
1/18 is approximately 3″3/4 100 mm
1/12 is approximately 6″ 150mm
1/9 is approximately 8″ 200 mm
1/6 is approximately 12″ 300mm
1/4 is approximately 18″ 450mm
The correspondence is measured either in height or in length depending on the type of figurines.
For example, a standing man will be measured in height and an animal or a lying man will be measured in length.
For dioramas (scenes) the scale is given for information purposes only and does not strictly respect the scales given.
